Identify a school in your area that is in need of shoes.

Pitch your project to the school administration so that they can evaluate feasibilty.

Find a partner in your community such as the Rotary Club or a sports organization that you can partner with for sustainable support.

Spread the word though social media.

Collect shoes with the help of partnering groups and organizations.

Explore additional shoe collections with local shoe stores and/or manufacturers.

Establish the distribution program at the school to get the shoes to the kids that need them most.
